Some Thermoguard products are part of a tested system and must be used together. Where a product system is shown below, the correct basecoat and topcoat combination is required for the specification we would certify.
Systems for structural steel and external steelwork where the correct basecoat and topcoat combination is required.

Grouped systems for timber walls, ceilings, cladding and fire door upgrade systems where the full tested build-up matters.
For timber walls, ceilings and cladding where the tested basecoat and dualcoat topcoat are both required.
For painted timber doors where the basecoat and topcoat work together as part of the fire upgrade system.
For varnished door systems where the correct basecoat and interior overcoat are both required.
For timber where the fire varnish basecoat must be used with the correct finishing overcoat.
Systems for walls and ceilings where the tested combination of basecoat and finishing coat is required.
For walls and ceilings, including plasterboard, where the basecoat and finishing coat form a tested system.
