Damaged Goods Claim

Please give us as much detail as possible about the damaged item and its packaging. Clear photographs help us assess the claim.

Photographs and proof of purchase are helpful, but no upload is compulsory. If a file will not upload, complete and submit the form without it, then email the images to dean.e@thermoguard.co.uk quoting your claim reference. Claims are reviewed and a response may take up to 5 working days.

5. Optional supporting files
