Delivery
Delivery is a 3-day service. Generally, these land the next day, but it is a 3-day service.

Returns
Unopened cans in standard white may be returned at buyer’s expense for refund and will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Items tinted to requested colour code as per the original order are not eligible for returns.

Risk and Title
Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all monies owed by you to us under these terms and any other contract with us. All risk of loss of or damage to the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

Cancellation
You may cancel these terms at any time within 28 working days by notifying Thermoguard Ltd. Thermoguard Ltd may cancel these terms at any time by giving not less than 28 days written notice. If exercising a right to cancel you must return the Goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.

Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of Sale as detailed above. I agree Thermoguard Ltd may, from time to time, use the submitted details and share them with its appointed account assessment partner for the purpose of reviewing account suitability. I agree payment of invoices shall be made in full before the due date by electronic bank transfer. Alternative forms of payment must be agreed in writing by Thermoguard Ltd prior to dispatch of goods. Account facilities may be changed or withdrawn at any time. I agree to receiving correspondence including offers and marketing from Thermoguard Ltd by email, post, and telephone.
